Pamplemousses Botanical Garden , officially known as Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden , is one of the oldest botanical gardens in the Southern Hemisphere. Located in Pamplemousses, Mauritius , it was created in the 18th century by Pierre Poivre and spans over 37 hectares.
